Vera Wang Bridal Gowns Samples
Vera Wang has certainly built a strong reputation for herself in the bridal gown industry. Interestingly, Wang's first love is not really bridal fashion. Rather, it was ice skating that first caught the fancy of Wang, which she ultimately gave up to focus on her career in fashion. More interestingly, it was her own futile search for the perfect bridal gown for her own wedding that provoked Wang to design her own wedding gown. Since then, she has become the largest name in bridal fashion industry.
Designer gowns can be found in many online stores for prices you would never dream of paying. Since Vera Wang is such a high-end designer, you would probably think that her bridal wedding gowns would cost thousands of dollars. Believe me, they do! But, when shopping online for her clothing or any of her products you could pay a fraction of the retail costs.
The bridal gown that Vera Wang creates are considered as the ultimate in the most opulent and stylish wedding apparel. Additionally, because of the variation in available colors, styles and materials. Vera Wang has spent many years in the fashion design world and after noticing a lack of bridal gown for brides she decided to supply the market place with what is was missing.
Vera Wang represents exactly what most women want on their wedding day, so has become one of the uppermost in our thoughts when we are asked who our favorite wedding dress designers are.
Taking a little break from my current sheath obsession, here are some wedding dresses featuring fuller A-line silhouettes from Monique Lhuillier Spring 2010 Bridal Collection.
Left: sheer silk organza bodice with pleated A-line skirt; right: embroidered bodice with full skirt with lace border. I love the draped tulle overlay of the gown on the right.

Very bold silk organza ruffle skirt and rose-embroidered skirt. Would you wear this? Quite the scene-stealer.

The one of the left is so adorable! Chantilly lace-embellished corset with full A-line tulle skirt. Okay the one on the right below is not an A-line dress. But I’ve included it here because I’d like to hear your opnion on a babydoll/empire line dress. Someone said it is the least flattering of all silhouttes because it makes you look pregnant or a little big round the tummy. I guess it’s not a problem if you really are pregnant on your wedding day, but otherwise would you wear this on your wedding? Lemme hear your thoughts.
